This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we handle project timelines, revisions, and client responsibilities to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Our typical project turnaround time is 30 to 60 days, depending on the scope and complexity of the work. Project turnarounds or timelines are simply estimates and are subject to change for many reasons including communications, client delays, technology, and other common client service issues. We offer up to three rounds of revisions to refine the project until it meets client expectations. While we do not offer refunds or cancellations, we work diligently until the client is thrilled with the final product. All client contracts are subject to these terms.

Final project deliverables are provided via email, Slack, or text. Clients are responsible for supplying all necessary assets, including agency photos, copy, font files, and any other materials required to complete the project. Delays in receiving these materials may impact the project timeline.
